SafePal supports both a software wallet and hardware device flow, and the two can behave slightly differently when a USDT transfer runs into trouble.
Software wallet checks
In the app-only setup, an Energy shortfall on the TRON account is the most common cause of a transfer that never confirms — check the account's TRX balance before assuming there's a deeper problem.
Hardware device flow
When signing through the physical SafePal device, a transfer that fails after signing but before broadcasting usually points to a connectivity hiccup between the device and the app rather than an on-chain issue — retry the send from the app.
Always verify independently
Whichever flow you used, pasting the transaction hash into TronScan gives you a status that doesn't depend on SafePal's own app being fully in sync.
