Verify on-chain status first
Look up your transaction hash on TronScan. A SUCCESS status sent to OKX's correct deposit address means the funds have arrived — you're now waiting on OKX's internal confirmation count and crediting, not the TRON network.
Double-check the deposit address and any memo
Confirm the address you sent to matches exactly what OKX generated for your account at the time, and that you used the TRC20 network option specifically when generating that deposit address.
When to contact support
If the on-chain status is confirmed SUCCESS and a reasonable amount of time has passed with no credit, that's when to reach out to OKX support with the transaction hash as evidence — they can look up the specific reason for the delay on their end.
