USDT TRC20 Transaction Status: OUT_OF_TIME
OUT_OF_TIME is a rarer failure state than OUT_OF_ENERGY or REVERT, tied to how long the network took to execute the call rather than resources or contract logic.
What it means
TRON allots a maximum execution window for processing a block's transactions. In rare cases of unusual network load, a transaction's execution can run past that window and get marked as failed for timing rather than for lacking Energy.
Is this your fault?
Unlike OUT_OF_ENERGY, this isn't something the sender caused by having a low balance or insufficient staking. It's a network-timing condition, and it's uncommon for a straightforward USDT transfer specifically.
What to do
Check the transaction on TronScan to confirm this is really the status shown. If it is, simply resubmitting the transfer is usually enough — it's not a recurring issue tied to your wallet or balance.
