USDT TRC20 Deposit Not Credited on Kraken
Kraken deposits go through the same two-stage check as any exchange: on-chain confirmation first, then the exchange's own internal crediting.
Confirm the on-chain status
Look up your transaction hash on TronScan. A confirmed SUCCESS to the correct Kraken deposit address means the network side of things worked correctly, regardless of what Kraken's interface currently shows.
Check which network you actually used
Kraken supports USDT on multiple networks — confirm that TRC20 specifically was selected both when generating the deposit address and when the transfer was sent, since a mismatch here won't credit correctly even after network confirmation.
When to escalate
With a confirmed on-chain transaction and no credit after a reasonable wait, Kraken support can look into it further — have the transaction hash ready when you contact them.
