USDT TRC20 Deposit Not Credited on Binance
Most "missing" TRC20 deposits on Binance are actually sitting confirmed on-chain, just waiting for the exchange's own internal crediting process to catch up.
Confirm it succeeded on-chain first
Take the transaction hash from your sending wallet and check it on TronScan. If it shows SUCCESS with the correct destination address, the funds have already reached Binance's deposit address — the wait is on Binance's confirmation and crediting process, not the network.
How long crediting normally takes
Once confirmed on-chain, exchange crediting for TRC20 deposits is usually a matter of minutes rather than hours. If it's been significantly longer than that with an on-chain SUCCESS status, that's the point to contact Binance support with your transaction hash.
If TronScan shows it never succeeded
If the transaction shows as failed or can't be found at all, the issue is on the sending side — check the sender's Energy and TRX balance rather than contacting Binance support, since there's nothing for them to find yet.
