USDT TRC20 Error: Bandwidth Limit Reached
Bandwidth is TRON's second resource, separate from Energy, and running out of it produces a different failure than an Energy shortage.
Energy vs Bandwidth, briefly
Bandwidth pays for the raw size of a transaction on the network; Energy pays for executing the smart contract logic inside it. A USDT transfer needs both, but Bandwidth is cheap and every account gets a small free daily allowance — Energy is almost always the bottleneck, not Bandwidth.
When this actually happens
Running out of Bandwidth specifically is uncommon for typical USDT senders, since the free daily allowance covers a handful of transactions. It's more likely to show up on accounts that broadcast a very large number of transactions in a short window.
How to fix it
Holding a small TRX balance lets the network burn TRX to cover Bandwidth the same way it does for Energy, so the transfer still goes through — just check your Energy situation first, since that's the more likely culprit if a USDT transfer specifically is failing.
