Check TronScan
Search your transaction hash on TronScan. A confirmed SUCCESS to Crypto.com's correct deposit address means the transfer itself worked, and the remaining wait is on their internal processing.
Confirm network selection
Make sure the deposit address you used was generated specifically for TRC20 in your Crypto.com account, since USDT is supported on several networks there.
When to escalate
With confirmed on-chain SUCCESS and a wait well beyond the usual few minutes, contact Crypto.com support with your transaction hash.
