Search your transaction hash on TronScan. A confirmed SUCCESS to Bitget's correct deposit address means the transfer itself worked, and you're now waiting on Bitget's internal crediting.
Double-check the network selection
Confirm the deposit address in your Bitget account was generated with TRC20 specifically selected as the network, not a different USDT-supporting chain.
Escalating
With a confirmed on-chain transaction and a longer-than-usual wait, contact Bitget support directly and provide the transaction hash.
